Executive Summary
Cerulean Freight Forwarding Company, 32986 Hwy 97 Suite 6, Oroville, WA 98844 was incorporated April 19, 1999 a type “D” corporation in the State of Washington, to create reusable rapid transportation systems to initiate space commercialization and colonization. Beginning with tourism, citizens of the Earth will realize how truly small and interconnected everyone on Earth is and how a major catastrophe or war could hinder future human and other Earth life.
The Earth holds a limited resource base that is constantly re-examined to determine more ore or fossil fuel deposits. As the years continue and development of the world reaches that of the United States, the world cannot sustain itself. We would be forced to expand off the world or begin to revert back to less materialistic and thus less technological ways.
Our objective puts us at war with the latter choice. Space holds necessary future resources including additional abundant raw material resources, energy sources, and room to expand outward and separate from the cradle of civilization to help ensure that our unique species survives.
Cerulean Freight Forwarding Company intends on pushing the envelope of human activity of space with a 10-year goal of 30 flights per month from our various locations across the globe. We will be flying cargo via space across the globe in under 3 hours, creating permanent orbital research stations in Low Earth Orbit (LEO), pioneering the first asteroid mining ventures, processing vast quantities of precious and other raw materials, and constructing infrastructure in orbits of Venus, Earth, Mars, Luna, and the asteroid belts to complete our mission.
Oroville, Washington has been chosen to be the primary research and development headquarters of the Cerulean Freight Forwarding Company operation. This choice was made with regard to the accessibility to water (XYZ waterway), rail (Union Pacific rail spur), land (Highway 97), and air transportation (Dorothy Scott Airport) while remaining in a rural environment with a very low population density. Thirteen other locations across the United States are currently in place and are in the midst of system testing.
Beginning 18 months after we complete funding for our project, flights will take off from Dorothy Scott Airport under Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines. At current we are awaiting contributed capital for a loan of quantity $150,000 USD. A small business loan of $500,000 is to be secured shortly thereafter and a undisclosed escrow account will be opened to our access.
Using a significant portion of our account balance we will be able to produce 4 working prototypical spacecraft dubbed The Good Ship (TGS) Kitten and 1 spare craft utilized for flight simulation and construction training purposes. Shortly thereafter, Cerulean Freight Forwarding Company, will begin its business operating cycle and resolve itself as a self-sufficient entity launching people and cargo into space every day… and beyond.
